Refund Period

The deadline for requesting a refund is up to 7 days after payment confirmation.

How to Request

In the email, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for request (optional)

Refund Method and Timeframe

The refund is processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account is up to 7 business days after approval of the refund request.

Note: Processing time may vary depending on the card operator or financial institution.

Exceptions

Refunds requested outside the 7-day period will not be accepted, except in special cases that will be evaluated individually.

Purchases made by mistake must follow the same procedure and deadline established in this policy.
