DeepLook offers business data recovery services through an online platform. The service includes:

  • Technical support as available

To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree NOT to use our services for:

5. Payment and Refund

Service prices are informed at the time of purchase. Payment must be made through the methods available on our platform.

Our refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. You are entitled to a refund within 7 days of purchase, according to the established conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available in our services, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of DeepLook or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeepLook is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Niteroi, RJ, Brazil, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
